It officially snowed for the first time here yesterday, and I have to admit, it got me in the mood for warm, wholesome food. Back in October, I did my first round of Whole30, and my boyfriend came up with this brussel sprout hash that will play tricks on you! The first time I tried it, I was certain that this was a very indulgent dish, but it’s actually healthy, well-rounded, and I can’t get enough of it. I can’t wait for you to try it yourselves!
Sometimes I eat this for breakfast with 2 hardboiled eggs, and other times I have it as a side dish with chicken for dinner – I LOVE the versatility of this dish. Side note: My sister SWORE to me that she hated brussel sprouts and had tried every way to cook them and never liked them before (she was very adamant about not liking them, but I told her she had to try my recipe). To my satisfaction, she did try it during Thanksgiving and actually fell head over heels for the brussel sprout hash and has even made it herself – it’s THAT good, people.
